Good to Know
Guest Information
Recommended Arrival
We highly recommend arriving between 5:00–5:30 PM. This allows plenty of time to park, check in, enjoy the refreshments, experience the red carpet, take professional photos, and settle in before the main show.
Parking
Complimentary on-site self-parking is available for all ticket holders. Please follow event signage upon arrival for designated parking areas.
Attire
Elegant / Holiday Festive. Formal evening wear, sophisticated suits, cocktail attire, and elevated holiday-inspired looks are encouraged. This is your opportunity to dress up, shine, and enjoy the red-carpet experience.
Seating
Main show seating begins at 6:30 PM. The awards show begins promptly at 7:00 PM. Guests arriving after the program has begun may be asked to wait for the first appropriate break before being escorted to their seats.
Ticket Check-In
Please have your digital ticket barcode ready on your phone when you arrive. Printed copies of your ticket confirmation are also accepted.
Photography
Professional photography will be available during the red-carpet experience. Guests are encouraged to arrive early and allow enough time to participate.
Food & Beverages
Catered hors d’oeuvres and signature mocktails will be available beginning at 5:00 PM. Specially prepared kids’ meals will also be available for children with applicable tickets.
Children
Children are welcome to attend with a valid child’s ticket. Each child’s ticket includes a kiddie swag bag.
Late Arrivals
To avoid disrupting the program, late arrivals will be seated at the first appropriate break in the performances.
