MUSIC SUBMISSION FOR ARTIST
GENERAL INFORMATION
The winners in the music categories for the Holiday Music & Film Awards®️will be selected by an Independent Advisory Committee. The IAC consist of music engineers, music producers and recording artist.
*ELIGIBILITY PERIOD*
June 30, 2023 – June 29, 2025
*RULES FOR SUBMITTING RECORDINGS FOR CONSIDERATION*
CATEGORIES ARE FOR RECORDING ARTIST ONLY.
*YOU CAN SUBMIT UP TO 3 SONGS*
- Music has to be already released and available for digital download and/or streaming.
- Please submit your recordings in mp3 format.
- Music must be original material. We are not accepting cover songs at this time.
- No explicit lyrics
- Submit your music by filling out the entry form below, upload your mp3, song lyrics (docx, pdf, html, txt), cover art (jpg, jpeg, png). When you click submit, you will receive a confirmation email.
We Reserve the right to remove any category that does not have 4 or more qualifying submissions.
If we feel a song was submitted in the wrong category, we reserve the right to move the song to a different category. We will notify the artist via email.
Music submission begins on June 30, 2025 and runs through July 31, 2025.
*CHANGES TO ENTRIES*
Any changes can be made before the submission deadline by sending an email, with your changes, to
submit@holidaymusicandfilmawards.com
*HMFA NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCEMENT*
The HMFA nominees announcement date is August 8, 2025. This date is subject to change.
All must ensure that their music has been officially released and available for download and/or streaming prior to submission date. Should your music not be available, your entry will be removed.
